Assessment Center

Second Start provides the following professional assessment services for School district and Parents.

Cost are determined by requested assessments. Please call for an appointment.

* Administer a Psychological Assessment as needed and/or requested
* Administer an Educational Assessment as needed and/or requested
* Administer a Behavior Assessment as needed and/or requested
* Complete a Family Dynamics evaluation and report as needed and/or requested
* Complete an assessment for Support Services that would benefit the student
* Administer a Speech and Language Assessment as needed and/or requested
* Administer an OT Evaluation as needed and/or requested
* Academic Assessment (including community and stakeholder)
* Appropriate placement and recommended options for the student
